Redeployable x Schneider Electric: Fast-Tracking Veterans into the Energy Sector

Finding purpose after the military is tougher than it sounds. Leaving a mission focused role with a clear end goal and heading into civvy street can be confusing and unclear. We’d know.

But for ex-mil who are passionate about sustainability and technology, we’ve got good news.

We’ve partnered with Schneider Electric. With a company purpose to empower all to make the most of our energy and resources, they’re an organisation that mission-focused-folk can get behind.

Plus, they’re a company that understands the value and potential of the military community. That’s why they’re investing in The Military Training Academy. Alongside Redeployable, we’re giving veterans with no technical experience the chance to kick start an incredible, not to mention rewarding, career with Schneider Electric.

Over the course of the academy, our military talent will learn the ropes in a huge array of roles. It’s a hands on, 12-month programme.

And the best part is, there’s a full-time, specialist job at the end of it.

Why veterans?

“At Schneider Electric we are passionate about growing a diverse workforce.
We are always on the lookout for people who share our IMPACT values to help us innovate at every level and build a future that empowers all to make the most of their energy and resources. We have a very successful early careers program, and we believe that introducing Veterans into Schneider Electric, creates another pipeline of talent, that will bring a wealth of benefits to Schneider Electric. We are excited to create a transition program that will allow veterans to ease into a role that will include time spent in our bespoke training academy.
We are thrilled to be partnering with Redeployable on such a valuable initiative." Dawn Helsby, Early Careers Development Officer @ Schneider Electric

Applications for our first one are now closed. But this partnership is a sure sign of Schneider’s commitment to our community. So watch this space and keep an eye on our socials for updates.
