Alongside Redeployable, we’re giving veterans with no technical experience the chance to kick start an incredible, not to mention rewarding, career with Schneider Electric.
Over the course of the academy, our military talent will learn the ropes in a huge array of roles. It’s a hands on, 12-month programme.
And the best part is, there’s a full-time, specialist job at the end of it.
