Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: Apr 2026

This accessibility statement applies to the following Redeployable properties:

This website is run by Redeployable Limited. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website, and we are committed to meeting WCAG 2.2 AA compliance. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
  • Zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • Navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
  • Listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

Our goal is to guarantee the accessibility of our content and services for individuals who require additional access support or use assistive technology.

Compliance Status

At this stage of our accessibility journey, our properties are fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard. Any non-accessible content represents a regression to previously-accessible content, or the erroneous addition of non-accessible content. In either case, please contact us so we can fix it.

Disproportionate burden

Elements which are authored by third-parties such as video players, maps, authentication and social login processes are considered disproportionate burden exemptions and are not covered by this accessibility statement. Where possible we've chosen vendors with their own accessibility conformance, however, their conformance remains their responsibility. If you encounter an accessibility issue in any of these areas, please still let us know; we'll either work around it or escalate to the vendor.

Feedback and Contact Information

We’re always looking to improve the accessibility of this website. If you find any problems not listed on this page or think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, please contact us at [email protected]

We aim to respond to all feedback within a reasonable time frame.

Enforcement Procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’).

If you’re not happy with how we respond to your feedback, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

Our Ongoing Commitment to Accessibility

Our accessibility journey is continuing. We are dedicated to the ongoing enhancement of our website and services to ensure a smooth, inclusive, and unrestricted experience for individuals with disabilities. This website's accessibility will be reviewed on a regular basis and this accessibility statement updated with any relevant changes.
